Turning into the City complex off of Route 83/Avon Belden Road, you will enter the first set of glass doors, go up stairs to Council Chambers. You will sign in with the police officer in charge. Your name will be called in the order of sign in to talk to the Prosecutor regarding your case. You then will return to the Court Room for final sentencing by the Magistrate. After sentencing, you will be called to the Clerk's office for payments, community service, jail, driving privileges, and alcohol/drug programs.
